Carott cake

I love to make cakes on saturday or sundy afternoon withmy son when it's cold outside...

 

 

 

 

 

 to make  thid delicious cake (my sister recipe),you need:

2 big cooked carotts

3/4 grated carotts

275gr of flour

300gr of suger cane

4 eggs

150gr  of butter

1 baking powder

3 coffee spoons of cinnamon

1 vanilla

1/2 coffee spon of ginger

put the  smached cooked carotts in the flour/baking powder/sugar+eggs +spices...

That's ready to cook...
